The Nancy Margolis Gallery is to open a two-person exhibition, September 11th, featuring the work of fiber artist Ferne Jacobs juxtaposed against the fibrous porcelain sculptures of Cheryl A. Thomas. While both artists work in different mediums, their technical focus and unconventional approach to traditional materials is striking.
