In conjunction with London's SaLon Gallery, White Box presents SaLon at WHITE BOX, launching SaLon's annual spring show featuring a selection of the UK's most talented recent graduates from art schools such as the Royal Academy of Arts, Goldsmiths, Glasgow School of Art and The Ruskin School of Drawing and Fine Art. The exhibition provides an opportunity to view a new generation of UK artists who are embarking upon their professional careers.

The SaLon Gallery team has spent close to a year developing the exhibition in order to discover art graduates who are challenging, thought-provoking and have both the artistic integrity and creative and intellectual stature to become one of the UK's 'Future Greats'. The artists featured include Sarah Maple, Jacky Tsai and Samuel Jackson. Maple recently won 4 New Sensations launched by Channel 4 and the Saatchi Gallery, and has been labeled 'the heir to Tracey Emin's throne' by the Independent on Sunday. Tsai has collaborated with Alexander McQueen on the pattern design for his Spring/Summer 2008 menswear collection and created a number of artworks that were featured in McQueen's fashion show in Italy. Royal Academy's Samuel Jackson Is a rising star in the current movement back to oil painting.
