This event has ended.

Following an exceptionally successful exhibition in Rome using the historically famous Coliseum as a backdrop to highlight the power of her vision it seems almost pre-ordained that Minya’s new concept work should arrive in New York City, fusing the past and future into one linear statement.

Minya is an extremely innovative and vastly intelligent artist whose use of texture and symbolism can take the viewer into both the past and future simultaneously as if they are discovering pre-historic petro glyphs next to an object left by some alien traveler from beyond our galaxy.

There is something both seductive and primal in her use of form and structure that borders on sexual eloquence. Her use of muted and primary color applications only add to the wonder of experiencing her work. The innate beauty of these works can be found in their continual evolution sparked by light due to the material use and texture of the work. It is as if the works possess a soul, constantly searching for a way to express and re-invent them selves and adapting to their newly placed environment.
