Blissart is a new genre of art, which consists of cutting pieces of a unique fabric –Toray Ultrasuade® (Ultra fine fiber suede type) dyed carefully without permanent discoloration to create art work. This unique art was innovated by Bea Hamazaki, one of the most popular wall art designers in Japan. In this exhibition, 10 pieces of kimono made of Ultrasuade as well as 29 pieces of Blissart will be on display.
