This event has ended.

Exit Poll Cocktail Toll is a fully functioning bar, open to the public on August 7, 6-8pm. Dean Baldwin will serve a choice between red or blue cocktails, denoting the two main political parties in the U.S. Visitors will enjoy their drinks at tables that double as polling stations, wherein participants vote by placing their empty (or half empty) glasses on the area of the table marked appropriately. The questions will pertain to current social and political issues, especially the upcoming election. Exit Poll Cocktail Toll is a small push for democracy, helping the system appeal to the masses through a common denominator. Drinks (and opinions) are free, and all are welcome!

Dean Baldwin is a Toronto-based multi-disciplinary artist. He holds an M.F.A. from Concordia University and a B.F.A. from York University. He is represented by Katherine Mulherin Contemporary Art Projects.
