Ann Getsinger's home and studio are beside an orchard in the Berkshire hills of western Massachusets, where her attraction to all things rural is reflected in her work. The "STILLSCAPES" combine the intimacy of close examination with the expansiveness of landscape, and naturally raise ideas about extreme contrasts and about storytelling.
